The fact that it says one time suggests it's a requirement to be put on that list. They would then factor your previous pledge history along with that 95 into in game currency. But I'm pretty sure you can't trickle into that tier and must pledge that amount all in one go.
Steam has been very slow to approve it. So far they are running a dev only closed beta test for the non-vr version. They need to make some changes to the VR version, which have been made to the non-vr version. Once the changes are done then the VR version needs to be approved. They are hoping to conduct a more public beta test soon. They also said they don't know how many keys Steam will give them for this.
Thanks for the update Echo, honestly i was surprised when they went for the steam release in the first place with steams track record with these types of games,i hope they are able to get approval without having to gut the game to much.
Well, a listing on Steam = free money. The only other PC game store that maybe has as many eyes on it is the Epic Games Store, but they don't allow adult games.

dont know of any other one except nutting outside then hitting spacebar to do it again. you need to do it with the mouse the first time for spacebar to work
