The very beginning of the game is the MC talking to his secretary in a fake therapy session.
Unless you're talking about the most recent update in which the MC barely appears.
The MC is definitely male though.

Technically yes, but honestly, there isn't much to this update. It's one you can skip unless you want to see how literally every guy in Tiffany's family pervs on her. Neighbors too.

Question what is even NTR content in this game when I last played I don’t remember any or does it just have the tag for fashion like a lot of other games that don’t even feel like they has any NTR?

No, if that's in the plans its way in the future.
Tiffany when she's drunk getting groped, or Melanie with her husband both qualify.. might be other situations that I don't remember it's been a while and I don't think I played the last update, especially if it broke saves.
In some of the first versions there was an NTR route being set up with the twins and their boss but that got removed a looooooong time ago.

ACTION: Night Games (There's no more actions here in this version) Notification: Night games not fully implemented yet bla bla.... but all you can do is click the sleep button. Fantastic, atleast i'm not paying for it.

Well that was a disappointment. Literally, the only good thing about that update was just the screenshots from his patreon posts. No new or erotic content after that. It's starting to seem like the only thing that you're adding to these updates is notifications saying "These actions are not implemented yet." Enyo, if I didn't have any self-control right now I would implement my boot into your ass.
The Dev probably think like that let's post some render then some update like working on that try this, I'm sick need feel week to rest, some family member got sick need 2 week to take care of, art block rest for a while, technical problem etc. and then when people start complain boom Here the new render, and the loop above begin again until this joke not work anymore. then here the small update (that dev probably finished age ago)
