Hi. I have not played since R11 and I can not remember how to get the smelter. Can some one please tell me how to get the smelter? Also, I used to buy corn and it was never ending. Now in R17 it disappears in acouple of days. So which is the best crop to buy and sell?

I got the smelter by talking with Derek (i think) holding 20 copper. I planted onions, cheap and you can get several at one time.
But not sure. I'll restart cause Elise event don't evolve and now i can't mine.

Well Schiff, I guess in R18 Derrick still doesn't acknowledge the MC's golden pickaxe! Is R18 really an update or am I missing something?

i can't seem to find it but i swear i saw a post on here about making a mission with darius (i think) that would let you build a bridge across to the fairy and you could start doing some of the fairy master stuff. is this a thing, if so do tell how to do it please, or do we just have to wait for another update so we can even start the quest?

It looks like but I haven't capped exploration yet. There are still many things in the game that need development. Combat (for some reason I haven't figured out if you know something I don't know that'd be great.) Fairy quest is incomplete, but I'm okay with that they finished the heal fairy quest in the last go round. And I found out that 5 is the max stat you can get in most cases... so that's good to know if you have 5 physical you're maxed out.
I really doubt there will ever be combat, at least not systemic. And really, it's for the best.

Also, I had the scene with Toby and Nina then talked to her dad. Her dad asked that I talk to her about boy stuff...….
How/when do I talk to her about that?

Think it's after 8 or so before the party or before you leave, and then you get to do it again at the party after you return.

If you follow this path you'll get the protect Nina's V card quest. This you get if you take money from the dad, sadly there isn't any way around it.
- First crops or maybe primary Crops- Cucumbers, Eggplant, and Bell peppers, You'll get the best longevity and highest yield per plant from these, I have had some of these last as long as a week. harvesting 2-3 every day.
-Secondaries- Corn and Tomatoes, these have lower yields but you make decent money from them (3-4 harvests), anything that is a one-off (onions, potatoes, cabbage) is a waste, except for when you actually start rolling and just want to get your farming skill up. With 20 plants (BP and Cucumbers) I average about between 1500 and 2000 +/- per day and once you add eggplants it's a little higher. This is of course once you build the Tent, still best bang for your buck. I think BP is the cheapest so if you're strapped for cash, go with those. There have been occasions where I have a persistent plant that I will go and water the garden for IDK how long but the damn plant keeps producing, and usually, I only have to replace 2 at a time max 5 but once your farming skill starts climbing, they get very persistent.
