What do you mean? And by the way,if it's true that question is on every page (but i don't really see it to be on every page) then may be its because no one give a proper solution on the problem and didn't say how to fix it - don't you think? I already try to find a solution to that problem and check if someone else is having that problem and solve it but it's seems like there is not a solution for now - may be that is exactly why everyone is keep asking how to fix it ( even if like i say,i don't see that question is to be asked on every page like you say)!

have you tried to migrate your save
u see that when you load your save
also have you installed the scrappy mod
then uninstall it
cos it's bugs the game
best is to delete the game and extract it again

no mod used, when I use my saves the "oops" comes up. If I use saves posted here the quest hints don't work. Made it to photoshoots, blackmailed, invited to work out, and working as dishwasher

Another cause of incompatibilities ("oops!") with in-game saves can occur if you try to load a save from the full Ep2 v16 version (with Bardie) into the "updated" Ep2 v16 version, where the developer had to
downloaded ep2 from this site a week or so ago. Any ideas on finding old version ?

best way to find out are to start a new game and see about he are there

This is by and far the hottest outfit Monica has ever worn (barring the photoshoots). I'd love for it to make a return someday, but not in a photoshoot. A photoshoot in this dress would be taking a step back, considering Monica's already posed topless (Queen of Hearts) and almost nude (Black Swan). The next photoshoot should be an update on the Black Swan, another barely-there outfit, but exposing even more skin. Further shoots should progress on the same lines, increasingly raunchier outfits with every shoot, until Monica's finally the centerfold in her own magazine!Would be nice if Decent Monkey could bring back that Monica's dress in a photoshoot ideally. As Monica has already done a fully nude photoshoot with Biff present I agree that the upcoming shoots need not only more skimpy outfits, but really need to be much more pornographic in content. More explicit angles with a focus on sexualised images. Some masturbation or sex simulation. I feel though that Biff will really need to up his game once Mrs White releases her content of fake Monica. This is when he needs to insist on Monica working with some other models as he has hinted at in the past.
This competition between Biff and Mrs White has the potential to become a sort of pornographic arms race. It's most likely this is where Decent Monkey is headed with the photoshoots. Should be fun to watch.
