The writing was good in the past but recently I am seriously doubting Crush's writing skills. Apart from that skill not only implies the writing quality itself but also the output. And in this respect the situation is a very sorry one... I mean seriously, a few photographs, a preprogrammed avatar, and above that just some plain text. Dude, that is not enough!

Does not look like this game has changed much since I played it like a year ago. Hopefully things change as I had high hopes for the games potential.
There's a parody version which has male protagonist, but with a twist. Look for "Girl Spy". /s
Yes, those are basically the two available endings for the standalone episode, althought you can get shot in a number of ways.

I wish there was actually a game like this not necessary about spy, but female protag that had lots of content. The Paperdoll/pictures help. Just text makes me snooze sometimes.

Unless something has changed, BS is still all hype. It's at the exact same spot FA was a few years back, with all updates having been for the prologue ('lifepath", "introduction", "tutorial", whatever you'd like to call it) and no actual writing taking place for the game proper. As far as I recall, they also said the next update was going to be more prologue stuff, specifically adding college after a gap year (even though they already have a college arc and could just link to it).
Crush has his issues (lots of them), and he set the bar so low with the rewrites that you could dig a tunnel over it, but he's now doing the bare minimum and actually writing the game: content that follows the premise of "Woman goes to foreign country to work as a spy and gets into sex-fueled situations because of it." Currently, BS sits at the same amount of actual content as FA's first lifepath; you learn about the BBEG, have a final target for success, and make it to the foreign country (or at least the airport). That's it.
BS has the same potential that FA did, but we've already seen that having potential isn't everything. Maybe BS will be amazing and become everything FA could have been. Maybe there will be a BS patreon post in a few months about how the prologue was written to be too complex, and they will be doing a full restart. All I know is that if someone says they have an idea for a great spy story with sex, but they spend ages just writing a CYOA about high school and college, I'm not going to pat them on the back for their "progress".

It has the exact same problems...And it still hasn't actually got the spy component - I spent about what felt like 10 minutes going through my conception to select my traits and it had almost no adult content. It was even worse than FA's prologue.
They both have overly complex prologues that lead no where and offer nothing in the long term. We want a spy game where the character does spy shit and gets put in complex and potentially perilous situations. FA finally got some way there and it was ultimately disappointing. There are all these pointless variables at the start, then when you get to the meat and bones of it - there is little to no choice. Even failing as much as possible leads no where. And you get forced raped.
It'd be great if the complexity of the prologue, which barely has any sex, actually transfers into the main game at one point...
It's sad that many devs/writers fail basic math, or project planning. How many would be willing or able to write 1000 different endings? It only takes 10 branches of 2 options to get there (2^10 = 1024), now add just one more option each time and guess what? 3^10 = 59049 endings.
So decide how many MAJOR branches actually make sense and when these happen. If not, the game will never reach an ending. On the flip side, if choices don't matter, then essentially it's a linear novel. Decide from the get go, because it can't be both.
Let's say they didn't think about this to begin with, perhaps asking them for the plan after the first year or reboot would be fair (whichever is sooner).
