The Duke will explain. Major corporations are not going to lose money in the big picture. Example. If a company can make 100 dollars as opposed to 10 by not allowing someone to do something that's truly more of a GRAY area as opposed to illegal...They are going to save their own butts. HOWEVER, there is Hypocrisy in this. In the original Stephen King Novel IT....There are FAR MORE QUESTIONABLE THINGS! HOWEVER, this did not get the book blacklisted all its life. Simply because back then there was no outcry. In our world today there is outcry which is why corporations favor money...They do not CARE about the victims they care about how much money they can lose and how they can be audited. BUT before these companies normally go hunting for stuff like this...someone does indeed have to SNITCH

OK, just to clarify: When I say "Incest porn" I mean:
A man and a woman pretending to be brother and sister(dad/daughter,mother/son) having sex in a porn video. NOT real siblings having sex.

Just as when I say "Rape porn", I mean Two consenting adults where on pretend to rape the other in a porn video. Not a real rape captured on video.
That we're talking about actors pretending is understood, otherwise the question of rape/incest porn would already include the actual criminal acts of rape/incest themselves.

But as I have shown above by citing the German criminal code, rape porn (i. e. actors acting out a fictional rape scene with hardcore pornographic elements) is illegal in Germany, and I am sure other places, too, and while I cannot cite a specific law from any country, I am pretty sure that incest porn is illegal somewhere, too. As I said, if you watch videos you will sometimes get disclaimers with a content warning and that you shouldn't if it is illegal in your jurisdiction. The reason for that is that you don't want to make people act out what they saw on TV, which is a thing that unfortunately happens.

That rape does happen in mainstream non-porn (but often nudity including) movies - like the critically acclaimed "The Accused" starring Jodie Foster - is true, however (a) it is not porn which makes legislation differ, and (b) they are usually not depicted to make people wank their dick, which also is a different story for many aspects.

Legislation in general can already be very different, with a sneered upon topic as porn it easily becomes more convoluted, then you have regions where you have very orthodox religious views (I am not sure but I think it was Lithuania, where clergy in porn is a problem - not outright forbidden but some stuff has to be made sure), and you have laws which seem completely off when you're from some other place, like Japan, with tentacles, loli and rape being a-ok, even in that combination, but please pixellate the genitalia. Or like the US, which has probably the most encompassing "free speech" laws for this kind of movies yet suddenly gets female nipple panic in places.

This might not be consistent, and what of that makes sense can be argued (i. e. many legislations, including Germany, also see drawings of children as child pornography) but the fact is that your assumption is wrong, these kinds of porn are illegal in major jurisdictions. Since you seem to be from the US: in the struggle between active freedoms (i. e. you can do what you want) and passive freedoms (i. e. you have the right to be left alone by others), the US is probably the country leaning most towards the active ones, whereas (almost?) every other country will curtail your active freedoms more to protect other people from you. Of course this is strongly oversimplified.

But TL;DR - this has a lot to do with legislation in many places.

In that case, I stand corrected.

Rape with Nudity is fairly common. Arguably the sex scene in Basic instinct with the psychiatrist can be considered rape.

If it's illegal in some countries, then I guess I'm in the wrong here. Carry on please.

Patreon is dependant on PayPal and Mastercard to process its payments, and Mastercard wants to continue to work everywhere from China to the UAE to Belarus to Connecticut.
Fucking Connecticut...

Here's the updated that undoes recently added censorship, should be compatible with all weeks. Needs to be placed into 'game' folder.
Thanks. I made a version of the patch that only undoes the story rewrite censorship for those who enjoy the game without the taboo patch.

It seems like you are playing only week 3, which - IIRC - doesn't have any femdom yet. There is not a lot but you need to play weeks 1 and 2 for that.

This week in my country I saw in the news that a girl 14 years old reported to the police that she was raped by her brother and her dad was sexually assaulting her.

She lives with her mother, but her brother 20yo invited her to spend the weekend on the house he lives in. She said that he forced her into sex during the night. and through messages on whatsapp on her phone she showed to the police her dad asking her for pictures of her with no panties (in the morning after the alleged rape). Asking to send them to him. She says in the messages that she doesn't have such things, he says she is lying and says he is horny and she should to help him out, etc.

They were called at the PD of the city but got released after, said the police for not having enough proof. The girl was taken to do some medical exams and even having all the messages of her dad asking her for sexual content, and he telling the police that he did ask her, he wasn't arrested. (I am still waiting to see more updates in this case)

Seeing that reminded me of people in this forum. You guys think everything is legal and even if they are immoral you guys think it is ok. The problem is. There are a lot of underage guys/teens in here and seeing the amount of incest/rape content and getting turned on by it, they think they can do it irl.

There will always be a lot of you defending what's wrong. I think it is important for us, even if enjoying most of the kinky stuff, address what isn't right from time to time.

And if a Patreon, someone who is actually paying montly, supporting the game, what is probably what most developers care about, they shouldn't be criticized. The developers made a twist in the story adding stuff that were not planned and that people were not paying for. Patreons were paying for a game with no NTR, NO blackmailing/Rape, why out of sudden the devs will add this into the game as a twist and they should be ok with it?

I also didn't like the way it turned out to be. I thought it was a very poor writing. Even though I never got any NTR from lydia and If I did, I wouldn't care, but I think that people start playing certain games because they read the tags. what is in the game and what is planned to be added. That is how they decide if they wanna play it or support it. Once you just put something different, you are scamming a lot of people. Even if you say, "they DONATE because they want, they are not forced to" people do that based on good faith that the other part will deliver what they promised at the beginning.
