There are a few such scenes but they're mostly limited to the opening of the game. The game setting of horny young people playing with a sex app means there's a lot of people having sex all over the shop, but the MC comes increasingly to the fore over the first week, and is almost exclusively the focus in the second week.

Heavily implied in this latest chapter (depending on your choices with Nora). But as the game only covers three weeks, a full pregnancy can only really be covered in an epilogue.
