Darktoz use Poser Pro, but started out with Daz3D. I'm not sure which one of them is used in this game, but atleast i've narrowed down the options for you

It's poser for sure. Daz has alot higher quality renders, but would be impossible to use for him due to his fairly high amount of renders. Daz3D has 2 render engines. One of them is 3Delight and a lot faster (but lower quality) than iRay. So it could be Daz. He uses Poser now for the current games and the renders look quite different. But I'm not sure. If you're really interested, just ask him in his discord.
Is there a way to change the name in your save? I do not like the SISSY. can i edit and put a name i like ?
