I think it's the girl's jealousy. You can raise it interacting with a girl while you have the "smell like sex" condition, and Mom's case staying the night at Bella's place.
There is no reward, instead if you fill completely the red clovers track Mom will tell you she made a mistake and stops having sexual interations with you (I believe this is a permanent thing, so don't do it unless you really want to).

I appreciate help with grammar in this manner, but i fear it will just flood this thread with tons of messages. I can create channel for grammar mistakes on discord server for people to post them. Would it be too much work to do it from there?

You are correct that it will quickly clutter up the thread, I didn't take that into consideration. Making a channel on your discord seems like a good idea as it gives your patrons another venue to support you.
