Basically gitgud. Jk there's no healing except the healing flower which you can use once per crystal touch. Not worth using until you get a 2+slot staff
Play on hard difficulty for extra drops and suffering

I was under the impression that the story was not the concern. You do need to "gitgud" if you want that cookie. There is a CE table around here somewhere, but even that one is going to fail. Repeatedly. Just how the game works. Not fun when the way you find that out is a Game Over, though.

HY i tested the almost final boss polen aniomation work but buged up wich cause to not triger that animation beacuse the stat for the staf over 200 or to much h stat the character have which cause bug to cant do 3 animation triger. if sombodz now how to edit save file or game file pls remove the bug which to much h stat cause the almost final boss no 3 animation polen effect. or create pls the bed when slee reset all h stat . pls sombody who can edit file fix the almost end boss polen efefect animation 3 bug.

Ok now zeroing out those fields, it looks like this:


I will see if this works(edit: IT DOES) for getting the Sensei 3rd animation and cg, if not, ill keep messing around with the hex to get rid of the firsts

Edit: OK so i randomly zeroed out a few fields as u can see in the red
And it did the trick, though im sure i fucked something else in the process since i zeroed 4 bytes when only 3 firsts were my target

I've beaten the octopus witch but am now stuck.
The most recent teleport locations I've unlocked are Elder Valley, Wind Shrine, Underground Lake and Underground Waterfalls.
Any tips on how to progress?

iirc Octopus is entirely optional. I'd suggest getting to the surface and trying different path. Maybe trying to go ALL THE WAY top-right from wind shrine, hmmm?-there should be tree-top-elf-house/village?

Oh, of course this will be different for each person since more data gets appended depending on how many staves you have or how far you are in game. You can CTRL+F and search for a specific pattern of 01s and 00s based on how your current gallery is unlocked.
So im still in the process of going through the Yuri dungeon so i dont have the #65,66, but i have the 4 before them, so i searched for 01010101000001

If it helps when I made my Guide I also included the hex addresses for the ATK/DEF/RES/MAG items. Good luck with the rest of the stuff.

Very late reply, but going all the way top right from wind shrine gets me stuck? There's a section where there's 2 vines drooping down but its way too high to jump up, and further right there's a little dip with some enemies - I can see more level beyond but its behind terrain.
Edit: It's kind of a tricky route, From wind shrine, go up and right, then left, then a trick jump up and right, then jump over a bunch of sunflowers to get there.

Here is the Fower witch v2.4 health static address for cheat engine. There are 4 base addresses, all linked to health. Link the cheat engine to the game. At start there will be no value in the address so you need to click attack button in the game to make the value appear in the base value in Cheat engine.

I have never found a more annoying control layout, is there a way to change it? i would prefer if my jump was the arrow key,
