I am pretty absolutist on devs following their vision story-wise. Sure, they should spell things out ahead of time, but most people in the porn universe don't understand the absolute triggering people have with NTR, especially when it's not true NTR. A lot of devs are just making their game, and like most of us, see group sex/sharing/cheating as just another part of porn and don't even begin to think of this contingent of people that become absolutely catatonic about this topic, like do you want trigger warnings all over porn now?You have a fair point that people should tend not to kink shame others. If you don't like a particular kink just don't play or support such a game and move on.
That being said, people have very good reason to be outraged at this developer in the way that he incorporated NTR into this project.
The way the game is for a very extended period of time between many updates and many grind sessions you are working towards building a harem with some women. The grind is ridiculous in this game and it makes players put in a lot of work seeing the same scenes over and over and over again. A lot of times there is a once-a-week sort of event that you need to work towards as well with a long grind. You need to do this once a week thing dozens and dozens of times.
For a long long long time, there is not NTR on the horizon. So you grind for an eternity to only get NTR at the end.
Just because a rabid minority of people find something completely emotional upsetting doesn't mean anyone should cater to them. I bet half the people who screech about "NTR" bitch about "snowflakes" getting triggered over other things, completely lacking in self awareness. It's not that big a deal to most people, and nobody should have to cater to the loudest person in the room just because they're the loudest person in the room.
