If you add .rpy to the list of files windows indexs you can do a search of the game folder to see the triggers for specific images

There is a sex scene with Ann. No sex with Melinda.
Ann you need to keep doing the pranks then talking to her in the area outside you have dinner. It will show when she is alone. There is a hidden scene for Melinda to do with messages can't remember the trigger except it happens on the 20hr at the shed where you exchange the ring.
To get to the end of Melinda scene you need to farm suspicion I believe 10 or higher by allowing yourself to be spied on with the fat daughter (going off memory can't remember name) by soaking her. Then kissing you will see a small scene with Melinda next to the door when you are successful.
I only managed to get all the scenes by skimmin through the images and doing a quick search through the code.

I think you can only see the scene there with the aunt once and afterwards you only get stopped by someone who's guarding the place.

My Melinda suspicion is stuck at 2. I swear I can't make it increase no matter what with either sister. Even watching TV with fatty, when I play the romantic movie, she says goodnight and goes to her room. Melinda is there and looks suspicious, but there is no point increase. 
i gave her the ring. bathroom ok, but tennis wont work.
can i give her the ring second time?

For the doctor, when you achieve the massage on Melinda at the tennis, follow them to the ladies locker room and watch the shower scene. After this, when ever Melinda says I will take you to the doctor (on barn bee byte event), starts a sex scene.
