if you are starting a new game, you wont get that option until you complete 6.9, once you complete 6.9, then you will get an option asking you do you want to start 7.0, once you hit yes, your sister cynthia shows up, when you get the scene of rhonda and cynthia with 2 options, pick, i'm not coming with you, the next option will be a scene with ann, click on give her the money, this is the first trigger for the bikini and dress
The 2nd one is the melinda massage at night, 3rd is going back to ann at 12:00, 4th buying the new dress and bikini for ann, and 5th going back to ann at 12:00 and giving it to her and picking what is it for the option
