According to versions of the game, Cynthia appears in the transition from version 6.9 to version 7.0..Will there be a game message asking about unopened gallery pictures, will you play to open everything or will you upgrade to version 7.0?If you go to version 7.0, you will see Cynthia..Perhaps you have not yet reached this limit..

...as I said time ago: I thing the bug is related to Melinda´s points.

If you have less than 1.000 points.... you get the bug. If you have more than 1.000 points with Melinda the scene replays normally.
