Yeah I think so, it will say something that more will come in a future update. Not sure if it will be part of the next update but the creator said that the game would be most likely be done in 4 to 5 more updates.

for the first cig, i think it's at 17:00 in the kitchen, after that you will have to go to the living room at 13:00
once you get to v9 content, you will start going to the laundry room after you go to melinda at 14:00

You need to purchase strong whiskey from the guy that stands out the shop. You buy it and I think around lunch time you ask to wash your hands and then you talk to William and offer him some whiskey and he will give you a cigarette.
