When it didn't reach the bigger market meaning more people, that will be the goal of every business. But at this stage? Nope.

And what he was doing was reminding his patrons that they might be double charged if they support him at the end of the months. He was even alerting people that they will spend more/extra money on him. Because it looked like it was gonna come out at the end of the week(which did not). And most of the patrons resubscribe when the games comes out or something like that.
So your argument on the basis of one reminder is just ......... pointless.
And who does not love more money?
