That's strange , just double checked SNC's patreon page and I do not see that post.
All I can see from the 13 Feb are four posts,

When it takes too long, the developer shows me that the game is going to suck. The developer ran out of ideas after version 10, until version 12 was acceptable.
the bad thing is that we complain about the development of the game but this one already has 1000 pages in the forum.
