The problem is that you judge the game with real life standards when the dev said multiple times that he's not going for realism. So, if in the universe the game is taking place, it's normal for a professor to teach classes dressed in a cosplay outfit and for a waitress to wear a maid uniform, his mother's clothes might seemed normal to the MC and that could be why he didn't comment on them. I agree that the game needs to make sense, but not compared to real life. It needs to make sense within the standards the dev has set.

Well I am here for both haha, but still, the dress worried me a little. As I said I hope that isn't the case.
If the dev says he doesn't like that kind of content, then I believe him/her.

Did you actually see what she's wearing? I think people are overreacting a little bit. Sure it was a bit provocative, but it's not like she was dressed like a stripper ready to put up a show. I've seen way worse in clubs.

I've said it a few times already: I haven't seen any of what was mentioned yet, but, it still doesn't change my mind. I would def ask about it.

the problem is theres alot of jobs she could have which isn't NTR but alot of people still wont like, and with it being a mystery job instead of just saying what it is people will speculate until we find out

I'm not white knighting anything. I too talked about a problem I had with something in this update 2 pages ago so that's not the case.

The first part of my post was just my input on what I've read for the past two pages. The second which was my reply to you was just meant to alleviate your worries incase it was about that.

Definitelly wasn't meant to "one up" you or anything. You're too defensive for no reason.

Found the rant at the end amusing, it's seriously better to ignore people that request sex scenes when you barely established the plot and the characters. The pacing is just fine the way it is.

I don't think the MC sees his mom as naive, he sees her as irresponsible, addicted, a combination of both maybe, completely different than naive. She may be dancing at a strip club and MC will not be happy about it, but his problem is not about his mother getting abused for being naive, but worsening their already dire monetary situation.

It will probably the main reason the MC will work with that guy, so his mother and sister can stop working at bad places like that

I agree with you partially, do not forget that in the end it isn't the MC what matters, but you as a player and if you connect with the MC, or somehow put you in his shoes, which is what bothers me a little (the MC's way of thinking and his apparently lack of interest), if as you say that was the case of the mother's work, many players (including me) will forget about this game.

I really hope this is just a case of extreme and overflowing speculation, and she got a good job as a supermarket cashier, or something like that, which doesn't pay much, something normal and quiet haha we'll see.

Edit: By the way, it's that same unrealistic porn game logic that worries us.

I love how people keep bring up the Aunt's clothes like it's some kind of excuse. The Aunt has that style, in everything she's worn. The MOM DOES NOT.
