Its a shame that pornpan doesnt want to develop his game...I remember someyhing like he is studying and amount of money from patreons doesnt do much... well yes it doeent do much right away yoi need to be active with updates and communication if you wanna grow. ffs these games keep being started blue balling or having none of the main mom content the majority of people want and then abandon. At least make some decent mom content early

I'll tell you the story.
Once upon a time...
There was a DEV that put out his first release complete, and also the first one or two updates.
But then he was taken by the dark forces.....
He started hiding scenes and animations behind a paywall.
But he couldn't use this dark power and after another two updates the good won and the DEV disappeared without a trace.
And strange as it may sound, this isn't the first game and the first dev who cut himself off in this way.
I try to look at it this way. For every game that has an awesome start and then fades away too soon, they have at least pushed the envelope a little bit further for the quality of games to come. Every year, these games get better and better, and some do continue to put out good content - sometimes for years. So big picture, its all OK as long as there are more developers using the tools and ideas to keep creating.

Man fuck, played it, liked it, and was waiting for a couple of updates to have a decent amount of playtime and now it's abandoned. Why does this always happen to the games I like?

Well hiding a part of your content behind a paywall makes some people pay for that content and makes others stay away from the game, especially those who tend to just support development of the game and want a completed game instead of extra content. Besides it making extra work and easily if do that a little wrong makes people miss that other content if hinted at.
Leading among many other things to less success or interest a dev hoped for. Never a super wise thing to promote your game with the lesser version unfortunately, however good an idea it seems from commercial perspective.

Another one bites the dust ..... it seems the hotter the girls are, the higher is the chance of the game being abandoned by the dev .....
Certainly with games where the girls are really hot and the MC doesn't look like a little kid too. The ones where the dude looks 12 years old seem to last forever.
