Not 100% sure of the prerequisites, but at a certain point, after upgrading both the Gene lab and Pharmaceutical Fabricator (both found in locations once built in the Penthouse tab iirc), you can research the Immortality Project in The Gene Lab tab.
AFAIK It's only applicable to slaves thoOr, you go on and research the Immortality thing.
If you clone and compile the game directly from git repo, download the webgl resources from link in the .gitlab-ci.yml file. it contain latest webgl resources that not yet included in releases.

i got my money by opening a slave trading company. its a bit slow at the start but you can quickly gain millions per turn once its established properly.
Anybody have tips for increasing reputation? I've got a concubine, club, various policies, and I'm barely making any headway. I remember it being way easier to increase, so, am I missing something?

It takes time to build reputation. Basically it's easy to build reputation up to your "enduring reputation", but gets harder the more you exceed it. Enduring rep increases every turn you hold your actual rep over that value. You should see a sentence like "Your base rate of reputation decay is high" in the end week text...as long as you don't let it drop to "low", rep will get easier and easier to gain because your enduring rep will rise automatically. When it changes to "Your legend is perfected, reducing reputation decay to its lowest possible level", that means your enduring rep has reached cap.
Be aware that there are other factors that directly affect enduring rep, and these will *kill* your ability to sustain high levels of reputation, regardless of how much raw reputation you get every week. Personally engaging in smuggling or prostitution, being too young in an arcology that doesn't have a youth preference (or too old in one that does), allowing slaves to penetrate you without the Sexual Openness policy, and certain other factors will damage your ability to retain enduring reputation.
Game difficulty also affects rate of reputation decay.
On the rep *gain* side, your concubine and club are two of the three biggest factors. I'll assume you have those handled. The third is FS compliance. Everywhere you see green "Society approves of...", you're gaining rep, and if you see red "Society disapproves of..." that's a place where you're losing rep. Adhering uniformly to certain FS' slave standards is a great way to gain lots of rep. You can do this with any FS as long as you're willing to invest in it, but a particularly easy choice for an early rep-positive FS would be Chattel Religionism, Paternalism, Physical Idealism, or Hedonistic Decadence. Just remember that you have to actually make your slaves adhere to those FS' ideals to get the benefits, and there are penalties for not doing so. Conversely, adopting either Eugenics or Repopulationism will very likely drive your FS rep gain *negative* at least in the short term...choosing either one as your first FS is a kind of self-imposed "hard mode". Slave Professionalism and Transformation Fetishism are very hard to get rep-positive in the early game, but can be a great source of rep later in the game, so if you want to take one of them, consider delaying and choosing it with a later pick.
The reports from the club say I'm making 2500 rep a week on average when, in actuality, I only gain 100 or so. Is the discrepancy caused by my owner's youth? I'm currently on week 56 and haven't gotten past 4000 reputation, I picked pastoralism as my first FS and haven't gotten access to my second. In the past while playing the game all I really needed was a concubine to generate massive amounts of reputation. So, has reputation in general been nerfed? I'm currently making massive amounts of income but I have nothing to spend it on because I have no reputation. Reputation is my main limiting factor right now and whatever I do is just ineffectual. Is reputation supposed to take 10 years in game to max?

Have you try the make new laws stuff? remove bad image and all those stuff that about rep
What I did was never make law that cost rep or upgrade proganda that cost rep
After upgrade these alot without actually max out. I gaining more rep than losing without giving my people any sexual relief
and also cancel these out at end game so I earning like 10m and getting more with only about 500k up keep
was the girl at suite your top notch?
and no I suck at corp so this not my main income
But if that dont work then try buying F doll for lower class pop
If you got plenty they will like it and rep
arcade will make your girl afraid of you but they earn more than F doll
due to I busy dude with many other game I try to not having more than 100 slaves or else my phone will lag hard and this will keep them all orgainze

Reputation gain is curved (the more you have the less you get). That was changed a couple years ago, but if you played before then, when rep was a cakewalk, yeah it's been nerfed. Reputation *loss* is linear, not curved...so if you're having trouble with reputation, be very careful what you spend it on (especially policies). A cost of a couple hundred rep might need several thousand in rep earnings to offset.
Rep decay is usually the bigger problem for players, and that's impacted by enduring reputation. The PC's youth and gender is a huge factor in rep decay (along with difficulty and a few other things). If you're playing with a young female PC on a high difficulty, you'll find rep to be a huge challenge. You can negate the young PC penalty specifically with Youth Preferentialism (but keep in mind that you'll want to have mostly slaves that are or look like they are under 30 years old if you do that).
I believe the Reputation Budget screen will show the curved numbers (while other screens, like the Club Summary, will show the uncurved numbers). It'll also show the decay penalty (as "Waste").

For some reason I can't get the WebGL zip to download. I know it's likely a MEGA issue but I have never had this problem before and am not having it with other files so I wanted to check in and see if there was an error with your upload.

Probably a dumb question but has there ever been a fantasy mod for this? Nothing exactly complex or a conversion mod but maybe races? If I remember right, I think you could create a "neko" or a "elf" through surgery though I don't know if that would actually carry over as traits to their offspring. I know there's Strive for power and it's somewhat sequal but those games are far inferior to free cities.
