Besides catgirl mod no, you can customize your slaves and give them demon/cow/oni horns plus tails of your choice to resemble monster girls but nothing genetic that carries over.
One of the updates broke that, it was fixed within a few hours. The update was pushed 16 hours ago so you should be good if you download the newest version yet again. (Didn't show up in merge activity because of how they pushed the fix, but it's shown in the 'all activity' log)
Oh yeah, I do remember that game. Is there any mod that makes the game use a picture pack that stays coherent with it's style. Really hate games that use random pictures of various different styles lol
I wouldn't bother with that, dev commissioned a lot of original artwork for the game he's moving away from the whole random internet images.

PC Customization is actually the focus of pregmodder's work on 4.0. Right now I think age and height are mostly done; weight, muscles, etc, is coming.

There is no "conversion" mods for this abandoned game. IF you want that, you gonna have to make the leap and make it yourself, such is the nature of these games lol
Have you tried restarting your browser? Use a different one? Reopen the game? These have worked for me and I've had free cities sit on my browser for months with usually no issue lol
