If you've installed both a bash-compatible shell terminal and tweego on your android device, you should absolutely be able to build just fine, similar to how you would on linux. I think termux is bash by default, so basically:
1. Install termux from the Play Store or whatever
2. Run pkg install tweego from termux, and make sure that running tweego -v outputs some lines starting "tweego, version 2.1.1+...." or similar.
3. Extract the pregmod source zip, or pkg install git and clone the repository the usual way.
4. Run ./compile.sh from the root directory of the source tree.

If messing around with a terminal in android makes you uncomfortable, then no, you can't compile the game on android.

The original developer left many many years ago. Now it's just some people that like the game that add some changes

The game suggests magicmix or hassaku. I've also been using mistoonAnime and chilloutmix. Just follow the link the game gives for the first two and browse the models.

Oh, are you playing pregmod hosted on some adult game site?

Normally it is distributed as an html file or the project source code that compiles to make an html file.

Latest Pregmod update mentioned "AI art improvements". Does anyone know what this entails?

The previous pregmod release (alpha 27) was in August. The alpha 28 that was released on Sunday contains all the changes since then. I just had a quick look at the git log since the end of August and I see a bit more than 100 changes affecting the AI-generated art.

There are too many changes to list here, but among those I would mention some technical changes:

• Zoom and toolbar
• Multi-image display
• Ability to customize the prompt for every slave (Customize tab)
• Support for NGBot's LoRA pack, with installation instructions
• The image generation happens asynchronously in the background with a client-side queue (many improvements were done to the queue management and to the interactions with passage switching, end of week, etc.).
• Better management of the image cache (faster and consuming less memory)
• Improved error messages

And many artistic changes due to tweaks to the prompts: clothes, age, arousal, missing eyes, missing limbs, wigs, pubic hair, vaginal fluids, muscles, skin colors, etc.

The generated images are not stored on disk like other files: they are saved by the browser in its own internal storage.
