most devs dont release patches, they just rerelease the game with the new content

just finished to play the new chapter...bloody wow, as always i enjoyed a lot (still like someone else said: that months long time-skip ruined a little...but my headcanon about it, is pretty much a month and a half bc school-stuff...over 2 months is like too much time for a time-skip in a visual novel based on a love-story)

I dont understand why people are freaking out about the gay guy... is it creepy he is naked in their room ? hell yes... but I seriously hope people arent scared that Alice might bang the dude, as she is the one that figured out he was gay in the first place...
Ok I hate to beat a dead horse, but now I am more confused thx to @Penfold Mole, does the patch fix the game so they can be step-siblings ? or it makes it so they are blood related ? cause I personally prefer playing the game with the devs original vision despite how much I love incest in fiction, if its not that, its NOT THAT.
However due to the incest mod/patch being always late I have played the game without it, and even re-started the game, and I got the shitty "roommate" crap... thats why I am asking... otherwise this game needs 2 patches... one to restore the game and do away with the shitty "roommate" stuff, bringing them back to step-siblings... and another for those that want to change the original story and make them blood related...
I personally would be happy with step-siblings... and I know that step-siblings can be roommates too, the part that pisses me off is when the dialogue says "your dad can never find out about us, he'll be mad if he knows we are fucking despite being ROOMMATES"... That shit makes me groan... I am like whats next "we cant fuck cause we are STRANGERS !! " ?

If you use Chapter Select then some option will be set for you. One of those being to have Alice as childhood friend instead of step-sister. So if you want to personalize your experience you can set that at the beginning of the game.
However, I will implement a better version of the Chapter Select. Right now it's simply something for people to quickly jump into the latest version in case their saves are corrupted.

no fear of Alice boinking him..my fear is there is alien shenanigans going on that made him appear out of nowhere..twilight zone dude!!! next update William Shatner will be shouting at gremlins on an airplane wing!!!!

You got it perfectly: those eyes are the best thing in the game. I could stare at Alice's eyes for ages, just to be clear: they're someway expressive, not a common thing in game characters.
