Sneak Peek of the Week! 5/17/25
Hey, folks! Hope you're all doing well this week!
I'm about done with the supplemental content for Chapter 2, and as always I wound up doing more than I meant to, and things took longer than I'd planned. But, on the plus side? Now there's another early-game ero scene, which never really hurts when you're trying to keep people's attention.
I've finished all the stuff with Guy wooing a beautiful lady on an island, before bedding her on a boat, and now I'm doing the stuff that immediately precedes Guy meeting Ashe. There's a little more stuff with Carolina (pretty brief, like 10-15 renders), and a small scene with the Chen family that has Guy visiting them, just before he goes to the museum fundraiser where he formally meets Ashe.
After that, I need to implement a little montage I've written that centers around Gabby, Madison, and Ashe, and I'll have all the supplemental content for Chapter 2 done. The goal is to get Chapters 1-6 out before the end of the month, with all the new stuff implemented, the bulk of which is in Chapter 2. Chapter 4 does have a small change, where Nicki and Guy don't go naked hot-tubbing if they're just platonic friends. I may do a flash poll to select Nicki's bikini for that scene, but here's a little test.

I'm glad the hot-tubbing scene with Nikki is changed
It never felt right to me if you're on a different girl's route
like, for example, if I found out Ashe was

NeonGhosts this is a seriously good game, there are 2 things however I would like to see.
1) Girl to Girl interactions, I would like for there to be bridging scenes and dialogues between 2 girls, for example based on jealousy (which I feel is something there is so little of in adult games, the girls just seem to accept the guy has multiple women) and girls being curious about your relationship with the other girl, for example it could lead to one girl with whom you have chosen a good path finding out you did something bad to another girl, it could make for a good dialogue.
3) Any pregnancy planned? That would be pretty cool especially towards making choices meaningful.
All in all this is probably one of the few games I have found that give so much freedom to the player.
2) Is Cassie a love Interest? As I am most looking forward to her scenes. Since she is our canon sister I would love to see some real scenes with her and some meaningful choices around family theme. And furthermore learn more about character's past. And how she views us now that we are rich and more successful etc.

You're probably talking about remake of Ch.1 which is relatively short. The full game (0.72 linked below in the OP) is ~4.2 GB which is fairly normal size.

Well, I don't know. Will the story really remain unchanged after the remake? I think it's difficult. The dark path has to change by force. And it will probably disappear. Perhaps some financial dominance will remain, but it will probably be much more watered down than in the original. And in the nice path... Many more things can be kept here. But it will also have to be tweaked a bit.
Honestly, I wouldn't assume the story won't change.
The author made no indication he's planning to change any of it, despite mentioning all other changes he's doing/planning, so i don't see any reason to presume that. Like, why exactly the dark path has to change? Dark Guy is established as a misogynist creep who will rape his closest friend and who gets off on lording his newly acquired advantage/invulnerability... just like Kobalt had "promised him" in the very opening.
Too many links in the OP gotta cut the dark path (and patch) so its easier for people to download the correct version

Nobody was expecting the Nicki rewrite into Mother Teresa and here we are
1) Not the author, but the LIs haven't had an opportunity to interact much within the story, so it's not out of the realm of possibility. I agree that it would be cool in future content.
3) And yeah, Cassie's a LI
What makes you say that? He's just softening the scene in chp 1 for character progression reasons, he's not changing the entire path or anything.

Neon has been talking about this change for two years. He’s been talking about people misreading or misunderstanding Nicky for almost as long. I think there are some people who are just butthurt that their personal brain cannon has been thrown off and no amount of logic or argument is going to make them feel any better. I’ve also noticed that Neon has stopped posting here, which is sad.

I actually hate Brent after this chapter one remake. Before I was indifferent, but seeing how he treated Nicki really makes me want to kick his arse.
Something I find highly interesting is how some folks here are able to hold onto two diametrically opposed realities at the same time.
Nicki didn't change at all, there was no change to Nicki, she's always been exactly how she is!

TBH I've always wanted to kick Brents ass. Now we have even more reason to but Neon still doesn't give us the option.

love her too ,she is now the number 1 girl for GUY , there isnt any girl thats close to her since she was there from the start ... but on the other side , she still leaves (and leaves guy hanging after he felt like he got her after all this time!) , and she only comes back after not finding any alternative to her troubles ? , wich is very BAD , but she is still one of the best...Something I find highly interesting is how some folks here are able to hold onto two diametrically opposed realities at the same time.

She isn't looking for an alternative to Guy really, she just doesn't want to come back and tell him that Brent burned through the $20k in a day and she's still $20k in debt. It's because of pride and embarrassment, not because she doesn't want to see Guy. And I agree, she's #1. I only have one save and it's Nicky solo path, I'm just really nice to everyone else - in exchange for nothing.
