No, you still need to pledge to his Patreon to get the beta scenes etc. They are propably just referring to the latest file uploaded on Smut's Patreon.. I'm not sure if you can actually "crack" the Patreon content, since it uses some kind of login to check for your Tier...

Personally I feel like people that play the game without paying should be able to give POLITE criticism because honestly why would I pay monthly (some tiers cost a lot if you add it up) to have access to a game that barely updates much content for several months. You gotta make us WANT to pay you know?
damn right man getting like 4k a month for a early access game or something like that is INSANE
on steam at least early access is a one time buy not monthly like some kind of membership or welfare

I did some more testing, and I think I found the problem. Apparently, the tablet's interact button does not trigger the capture, only the desktop interact/refresh button does.
I had assumed that the button on the tablet and the desk functioned the same, but it would seem that that isn't the case. Given the fact that the tablet interact button also does nothing to stop Bonnie, I have a hunch that the desk buttons are triggering a separate set of methods than the tablet's, and that the script for the the tablet buttons has not been properly updated (though that honestly seems like too amateur of a mistake to make).
Also, to be a bit more precise about when to interact: you need to press the button while she is stepping off the machine but before she starts her walk cycle.

Is unlocking halloween skins broken? I tried completing the event with the date set to both april and october and I can't find them in the toybox
I mean, criticism is criticism. As a non-patron you aren't, technically, entitled to anything(like a response), but everyone is entitled to an opinion.
Still waiting on some sorta vr since this game is so heavy on the pov. I don't care about wands, just want that stereoscopy.

Although I find it difficult to add BB, ennard and baby (the nightmares are sure they will never appear since there is already a halloween mood) but the empty room makes me think that sooner or later more animatronics will be added
