I'm stucked or find a bug...
I can't do anything else,after go Kevin with new suit because if i go medbay after this speak with Miranda... then I stucked at hte injured ladies cabins because i spoke with their alredy,but if I can't go to Miranda after the suit passed to Kevin,i can't go anywhere else.

Yeah the rotating puzzle seems bugged. Completed it, tried both possible orientation, and nothing happened. Clicked on 'give up', and got the following:
