Extract the archive into your "gatesmotel\game" folder.
But to be honest this incest patch isn't that great. Game is better without that patch if you ask me.

i put the incest patch in my game folder but the MC still refers to Norma as Mrs. Gates. Is this normal?

You're not doing anything wrong. The incest patch is just not very good. It just removes a few scenes where MC is reminicsing about his real parents, but keeps the dialogue in other scenes where he is remembering the adoption. It also apparently changes Norma's default name to mom and maybe does similar things with her daughters.

Right when you name her he already says she's his adoptive mother. I've put the patch inside the "GatesMotel-0.1-win\game" and no change to the menu. Do you want some screenshots?

Loving the idea of the game, and symmetry with Psycho/Bates Motel. Also loving that you're creating your own 3D model of the house, love to see that level of creativity. Really, best of luck. Can't wait to see more.

It becomes repetitive hahahha and you somehow always end up knowing what to do, some games do have a better
synopsis than others and make it worthwhile.. it's a cool taboo and all but after a while it becomes meh lol, just saying

How about you just stfu and go find some other game where the mother is "hot" there is enough choice, if you dont like it then you dont like it. No need to tell it to us all. We really dont give a damn
