We have planned way, way ahead what we plan to do with the game. Of course, these plans are bound to change as the development goes on, however, this is our general plan with what the future updates will include.
We will most likely be doing free and Patreon-only updates on Mondays! For now, we are in the planning stages for the next update as far as content goes, but we have also started pumping out content for, from very small things like UI improvements and minor bugs, to sound design!
As for known bugs in 0.0, so far we have only encountered a bug in Garnet's menu when clicking the "Sex" option. It can be ignored without a problem and it was already fixed. However, being a single minor bug, we don't know if we should release a bug fix version of the game yet. Let us know in the comments.
Likewise, we will make a public poll soon asking for some things about the game, what was the experience so far, etc, as well as a Q&A session.

Indeed, we were working on one to organize ourselves. We already had a rough road map done, but we were also making it presentable for you all. It's on top of this post.
The corruption/purity choice is very important because even though it doesn't look like much yet, it will snowball. The game is planned to be divided into two parts: the Steven Universe era and the Steven Universe Future era. Your current choice will impact what happens later and how the second part will be played out. Of course, during a normal playthrough, you will have more choices, whether you are in the purity/corruption route you will still get a corruption system.
As for pregnancy... Man, Rose had to die in order to give birth to Steven! But in all seriousness, this can be easily solved by playing with the Universe's (I'll make this pun as much as it is necessary) rules for a bit.
