If you only care about seeing Claudia's ending I recommend the following setup:

• Hide daily reports in the settings.
• Select Story Mode (Visual Novel Mode is way too buggy).
• Disable Teaching Medicine DLC.
• Optional (but strongly recommended) cheat money with denaro_totale.
• To skip days faster hold CTRL (to fast forward text) and rapidly click on Park location (this won't work during the last couple of weeks when Doctor falls ill due to lack of energy).

It works fine. The José event triggers on 7th November.

Is there any gay content beyond aaron's story? You can flirt with some male paitents but besides medically examining their dick in the most boring way, there arent any gay scenes beyond the initial aaron v vanessa one.

Money = denaro_totale = xxx (xxx = amount you want).
charm = xxx
fitness = xxx
knowledge = xxx
sexperience = xxx
fame = xxx
integrity = xxx
siscug_trust = xxx (trust of sister)
patientname_trust = xxx
energy=xxx
patientname_ctrust = xxx (Not tested by me yet.) Thanks to @Scrichta for finding it, says its for the heart (Comfort Level).

Replace patientname with the first name of the person you're examining.

All of these are listed several time in this thread.

Shift+O Works fine for me, have you tried just opening Dev Menu (shift+d) first then clicking Console?

Is this a bug?: I've examined that chinese chick with rich parents...Kiko was it? and I was a naughty doctor during examinations, saw her photos, told her I did it but didn't blackmail her, had sex etc. and when exiting her mansion, viewing stats it's shown as girlfriends 1...when I get back to the "free-roam" section, the number of girlfriends is 0 again.

When I'm told I can see her stats:
