Use the walkthrough with her. You can fuck around some but only for a while, like with the swingers. You must avoid the Doc girl from the conference, the assistant, invite Claudia and the daughter to the festival, help her with the investigation, not to bust in front of the husband, hire her for work of course, not to have anyone moved in when she arrives, don't promise the daughter that you'll get back her parents together, agree when you asked if she's your girlfriend around new year, I also haven't accepted the money from the mom, don't let her husband to go to jail, I'm not sure if I let her move out or not, I think I did, she came back eventually. Other than these, I don't remember anything significant right now, as for the points, after a while it should be clear which choices are the best for her, but you can always rollback if her reaction isn't good enough.



I don't remember what the NTR was about, like who's Rita. Now you can turn it off though as it says in the changelog. For recommendation...well that's a tricky one. It's basically a doctor simulator, there's many trials and errors, you should defo use the walkthrough, and I don't know about the visual novel mode, but the original was a massive grindfest, the type that I won't ever replay again, even if I'd be interested in some of the other routes.



I managed to get it almost at first try, had to go back and be tricky about the assistant doc I think though. Other than that, with the wt, it's doable. She basically likes when you nice, hates when you're an ass, and family is a priority for her. Instead of being obnoxious, you have to be subtle and let her feelings develop naturally. I even managed to finish the game 3 months earlier than the wt said it would end.

Rita was your very first patient, the one that worked at the ice cream parlor. Bruni added that she could take the NTR route after you broke up her other relationship and started one with her.

It really was an enjoyable game. I actually started following it on Steam way back in the way back machine. Like somewhere around .2 area. It has really grown into a decent game. The Sister/cousin route is quite a pain in the ass to unlock though. There are some very specific events that have to be followed and one misstep kills the whole thing.

Only a couple. Really tiny part, that can turn into a 3some. Well, let me rephrase that. Only a couple that i know of, but i think it is possible to carry on a gay romance. Never had the desire to go that route though.

Look up a few post there is a somewhat mini walkthrough about that and with the walkthrough on here both together will get you there. (I hope.)

It would be the same that I wrote roughly. I played this game a while ago, and while I do remember the general outlet of the choices, I have no idea of them in detail anymore. To actually update the walkthrough (in a proper way as it should be), I'd need to replay it from where the wt ends for her part, and sorry but that's not something I'm willing to do anymore. Not to mention that all the variables and such, well that I had zero idea of when I played it, I went by her reactionary faces. The best I can offer is that general gist that I wrote above here.

Edit: Forgot to mention, the ending of the Claudia route was quite the letdown in terms of quality.

Not sure if it were changed in the VN version, but you needed like 4 important things for that. Not to flip up in front of the husband which would make you suspected, depending on a few things there's 2 approach for that. Not to have anyone else living with you. Have a high enough RP points with her, that means choosing her during the conference early on, not to accept the pantyshot offer as well that time, invite her and the daughter to the festival. I think there was only like 2-3 instance when I choose a negative option for her, like not supporting her being pregnant in the flashback, during the other ones I stood with her though, not with the mom and haven't tried to rat her out.

This is from the previous patch. There are only two scenes that actually mattered for the ending: Trip with Claudia and Dinner. For friend path you also needed the optional shopping scene directly preceding the trip. You could have reached the sex ending with all three paths. I haven't checked the latest patch yet so I don't know if any changes were made.

EDIT: It seems that sex ending is no longer possible with Friend [FR] route. It's still however possible with girlfriend [GF] and stranger [ST] routes.

If I recall correctly, there is just a discussion, then fade to black with alluded to sex, then pissed off Erika in the car. No actual sex scene. It has been a been quite some time since i played, but i don't think one got snuck in during that time.

Got to admit that the VN mode has finally made this game worth playing. Just wish that there was more content with the MC's sister.
