in fact, maybe it's not just the rollback, whenever i try to load saved files, it keeps going back to the online shopping page, while rewind to the date i did the online shopping, thus losing all the progress, big bug
Search this thread for "shopping bug" and apply the fix files that are linked in the posts.
even if you apply the fix the version v0.0.21.003 keeps rolling back to the shop as soon as you hit back or load the latest saved file.....
CORRECTION: After applying the fix I no longer get the rollback bug if I just visit the shopping and buy something, but I do trigger the bug if I choose to use a condom at any time. When I select the condom it then triggers the shopping bug, exactly as if I had not applied the bug fix. The shopping interface remains on the screen in the background even when I'm seeing a patient in the clinic (IOW, patient dialogue choices display on top of the shopping image).

The shopping screen is displayed as the background for everything except when a patient is laying on the exam table. In one experiment that I ran I had the shopping screen as the background during the entire Kiko phone-related conversations (instead of, for example, her house) & her sex scenes.

The screens_custom.rpyc inside the ZIP is exactly the same as the one that I already had. I think that you're attaching the wrong file.
BTW, if there is more than one version of a fix file each one should have a different name so that people can easily tell if they have the correct/latest one.

You're absolutely right, however I was running to get everything fixed since it was gamebreaking and one of the nastiest bugs in the game's history, so I haven't had much time to do things "by the book"

Ok, try this one here. No issues with this on Steam.
If it doesn't work I advice you to wait for someone to upload the full release, since it's working fine on official releases
If you do that, delete the whole GP folder as well (you might want to keep the "save" directory on a separate folder and reapply it afterwards or start a new game from scratch).
This fix updates some files to 0.0.21.6, for your convenience all previous fixes are included.

The official WT needs to be updated. I've seen some choices show up in the game that were not mentioned in the WT, and a few choices mentioned in the WT that didn't appear in the game. Sorry, I didn't write them down. I wish that I had (I hate giving incomplete reports).
But one thing I just noticed is that the salary mentioned for Dr. Benedetta Borelli in the WT does not match what she tells you during her interview. The WT says she wants $1650 per week while in the game she asks for $1250/week ($5000/month). The WT is also wrong for Dr. Maximilian Poulsen, saying that he wants $2450/week while in the game he asks for $1225/week ($4900/month), and it is wrong for Dr. Eva Kaplan as well. The WT says that Dr. Kaplan wants $1400/week while in the game she only asks for $1150/week ($4600/month).
Also, as can be seen in the image below, the salary displayed in the nursing staff screen for Erika is incorrect. She gets paid $1200/week ($4800/month). Or does her pay actually go down once you begin Chapter 4?

I decided to buy medical supplies Sunday evening (second week) the night before the "Monique Moran" exam. Now every save since loads up that same night at the online shop. In other words.... Game over. I also can no longer scroll back the change answers.
You should at least read the last page of a thread before posting in them. If you had you would have seen the solution to your problem was provided just TWO posts earlier. Go

True, I didn't read previous posts. I usually do but anyway it's a different issue. My issue is with saving the game. It's locked to saving that moment I was in the online store before "Monique Moran" exam. I can play from this point with no probs but when I save again and then loadup that save it's always at the Sunday evening before this exam. The save file date and image look like theyre from the point I saved (ie after the exam) but loading brings me to the Sunday evening before this exam.
I replaced the files with the files from the post you linked but got the same result.
Did you remove the .rpy files with the same name as the ones with the .rpyc in the fix ZIP? If you didn't then the fix does not work. You have to remove the .rpy files so that the game does not generate a new .rpyc that overwrites the fixed .rpyc from the ZIP.

The salary for the staff was reduced in a patch some time ago. It looks like I forgot to change the wage total from dialogues as well, even though I was sure I did it... I'll check that again. That was made to balance the game.
As per the walkthrough you're right, but that was put on hold since I need to focus on developing the game to keep on schedule with the release date(s), and there are many things to do yet. Probably I will resume the walkthrough after Beta. I'm sorry for this.

The Triage System
Triage is a process that is critical to the effective management of modern emergency departments.
Triage systems aim, not only to ensure clinical justice for the patient, but also to provide an effective tool for departmental organisation, monitoring and evaluation.
Over the last 20 years, triage systems have been standardised in a number of countries and efforts made to ensure consistency of application. However, the ongoing crowding of emergency departments resulting from access block and increased demand has led to calls for a review of systems of triage. In addition, international variance in triage systems limits the capacity for benchmarking.
Triage is an essential element of modern medical care as it is necessary to assign relatively scarce resources to unlimited medical needs. Such assignments become necessary where there is a mismatch in quantum, time or location between the medical needs of patients and available resources.
In emergency medicine this mismatch relates to the timeliness of care and relative resource availability. Emergency medicine, like military medicine, has little control over the rate and number of presentations. Although patient numbers are predictable at the population level, they are not predictable at the individual level. Further description of workloads by triage categories adds weight to the predictability of patient populations. In addition, major events can lead to sudden overwhelming demand.
Triage in emergency healthcare is a continuous process, but is also emphasised at key points in the continuum of care. These points include extrication from the scene, on arrival at the ED, upon admission to hospital and on presentation to operating theatres.
Triage systems are designed to serve the value of human life and health with fairness and the efficient use of resources. They do this by determining who will not be disadvantaged by longer waiting times and who requires immediate attention to achieve optimal outcomes. The need for triage is enhanced by the growing imbalance between needs and resources resulting from the twin challenges of access block and growing demand.
