Bug fixes.
When is says 0.0.25 then that is the main update and when it says 0.0.25.1 that is the main update with bug fixes and so on.
So 0.0.25.4 is the main update with the 4th bug fixes.

UnRen don't extract this game properly, which makes it harder to make a compressed version. Game won't even rebuild in the Ren'Py Launcher after it's been extracted with UnRen. This is why you haven't seen a compressed release for this game since 2018 from anyone that normally compresses games. I don't have the patience to look in to how to extract this game properly. If anyone figures out how, send me a private message, and I'll start compressing this game.

gotcha ChinChangDong... I will wait, according to his roadmap the game is almost done, I will try back when its finished and if I like it buy it from Steam... Hate spending 2GB on Mega for a game that might still break at some points...

I own it on Steam myself. Definitely worth the money. Game usually gets updated there way before it leaks here. And you won't have to re-download the game every time there's an update.

was once the games biggest fan..but i just lost interest..the bugs infinite loops..lack of proper bug testing ..have all conspired to chase me away from this..i have no joy playing it anymore...BUT..if you are really into the techy medical stuff and management stuff..you'll probably still like this..its not a sexy fappable game in any way.
its true that its kind of boring to start again and again from the beggining due to various bugs that blocks your gameplay in the point where bugfix wont help you, because the bugs stacked and it simply cant be fixed so you need to start again with a clean sheet. and because there is a lot of medical stuff that are nessessary to progress the game, it gets kind of annoying (all together with bugs).
Im playing it for one reason - the incest story line, which is solid (for me). The point where you can "examine" lots of parts of women bodies was interesting in the beggining but again... if you are starting it over and over, it looses its magic. There is nothing THAT... perverted or something like that, its a standard adult game with a lot of medical therms
from what i already saw in the game, i'd say that the most perverted thing is incest. but, considering the game is published on steam, you cant expect something more kinky.so, its nothing special, but its not bad and i like playing it
by the way, it is mentioned in the "developer note" , beneath the installation instructions, that this game isnt exactly a "porn" game

Is the bold part solved in the new version? If no, is there any walk-around as I am playing the Claudia path and as you mentioned above that the path has been completed.No, this is not a bug, but it's because the game is still incomplete...
Claudia does return home, thus ignoring the fact she went to Bob for the "Main Story" arc, but that's because the Main Story Arc isn't completed while Claudia's is, so I needed to "force" the game to behave like she never went away.
Elisa's path is still incomplete, so that's why she isn't available with phone calls or other... Rita's update is 0.0.26, so her path is locked at a certain point as well. You can complete Claudia's and Erika's stories as of 0.0.25 update

same here, i really liked this game and tried helping the dev with bug reports (he answered and fixed them soon after) but the infinite loops killed my enjoyment, since u had to restart completely for the fixes to take effect.
the dev is really a beast throwing out good content every month (in time), but i would definitly prefeer if he instead would take more time for bugfixing, just my opinion, GL to the dev

Solved? That's not a bug, it's working as intended as long as the "Main story" chapter is completed in October. Forcing the game only means you'll have to load an earlier save when that happens, but Claudia's path is completed regardless, they are two different stories even if they involve the same character.Is the bold part solved in the new version? To all who say a full restart of the game is required to get the fixes to work... That's not true friends... When you need to restart the game completely it is stated in the changelog, and this happened only 3 times over the last 12 months... While I do understand you're annoyed with every bug in the game (and I deeply apologize for those), always think about the scope of the game, which is not an excuse but a big, important point in the game. I am a fan of adult games myself of course, and I haven't found many games with a lot of hours of gameplay which wasn't repetitive (most activities in GP are new, albeit similar to others but it's the own nature of the game).
I am going to develop both small projects and big ones, and as you can see with The Coroner Saga (1 patch released) the smaller ones are bug-free, the difference is not the developer, it's the size of the game.
Take a bug I discovered today: it occurs in a section of the game which is present since January but never happened to me or any player (or never reported). Because it only occurred if a certain series of choices were made, making it very rare (despite it was a very big one!)
I do apologize for the errors of the game, but if it was unplayable as you say the Steam refunds would've been HUGE, which, in fact, are not.
ThunderRob I'm especially saddened by your statement, since I know how big a fan you were (and I hope will be in the future). I will learn from my mistakes with General Practitioner (which is my first project, always remember that too) and do a better job with the game I will start to develop after this one is in Beta, because I do want to learn, improve and most of all make all my fanbase HAVE FUN with my games
PS to everybody: not just for my game, but for all games out there: who cannot stand bugs shouldn't play alpha-releases or early accesses at all, especially leaked releases (because MANY crashes have been related to that as well, in the recent past, and I wasn't responsible for them even though many people blamed me for it).
Because there's a reason if they are not "completed games" and are labelled "alphas" instead... AAA games tend to label "alpha" a 60$ game to earn money before a fiscal year usually, but most indie devs still remember what "alpha" stands for.

If you check the Steam reviews they are Positive (83% out of 36 reviews, plus the ones of Patrons who received the game for free with their pledges and expressed a positive review which, being the game key free, isn't counted on the overall percentage). Summing those to the ones here I believe the game is quite well received, for being an Early Access AND the first game of BM.

Yes it does with many different types.
There is more than 6 stories you can get into and if I am not mistaken the sister/cousin one is done.
