yup, running the version downloaded from this site 13th of june. i know that i 'updated" because before i had this bug that instantly chose Elisa as your partner for the town festival. (it worked fine with choosing my sister as a partner after i downloaded the new version.Hi. Points 1 and 2 will be looked upon, thank you!
Point 3 was fixed a long time ago, are you sure you're running the latest release?

You should get the "you spend some time..." interaction unless you specifically choose to masturbate. I shall check that out as well.

(both the site and the book are in italian only, but I wouldn't call it a blockbuster success 
) showed me I was very interested in telling stories to an audience. That's something that brought me where I am today in fact: I just figured out that the best way to tell stories for me was developing videogames, and feedback seem to appreciate my way of storytelling.General Practitioner has been praised many times for its conversations, its characters who are natural and different and each of them pursuing their own interest and agenda, without adapting to the player's choices. I mean, Aaron has his own view about gay relationships, as most gay people do, because no one is alike one another, and that's not something revolutionary in telling a story, but it's definitely something that is appreciated.
While writing the stories for Vanessa and Aaron for 0.0.27 update I faced another challenge (this game posed me many of them): how to actually tell a story of homosexuality without sounding false and cliché, how to write an heterosexual storyline which intertwines with that one without sounding naive or offensive? And most important: do you need a gay writer to write gay stories? The answer is, in my case: no, you don't.
That's why I struggled for days to create something interesting in the game, something that would've been recognized as a real story for most homosexual players, something that I hope will entertain you and also make you smile a little. People who won't pursue a gay relationship in the game will still access this story, as it's part of the doctor's past where the player has no power upon, and helps to define the man he has become today.
Are we just the sum of our past deeds and experiences? What would've been different if we acted differently 15/20 years ago? Are we sure everything would've worked better for us?
Yes, it is a bold endeavour and maybe those are stories that people clicking on the "Play" button of General Practitioner are not interested in reading. But somehow I believe that's not true, as most people loved the relationships in game more than they love the nudity in it, and since I started making videogames to tell stories and not mainly to show pixel-art nudity, believe me when I say I'm very happy to know my stories are appreciated and read by thousands of people.
So maybe, just maybe, my attempts to become a novelist weren't so ill-fated eventually

You would agree their relationship isn't the normal "boy/girl" oneoh god... I wish that i'd know that 5 months ago when ive picked this story as a main focus... to wait like 8 months before getting to the main point lol.

and i am also aware that this relation ship is different but its still a lot of time. just my opinion though, no need to change that or anything, i just hope i will have enough fun with this game to keep me going all the way to April (atleast )

So uh.... ive spent the whole night in rl trying to get to April. Ive actually managed that but... no sex scene with sister happened and also the game ended at 30th of April. claiming that version 0.25 ends here. ive downloaded the newest version twice during last... week or so so im pretty sure i get the 25.0.7 or what is the precise number.
kinda disappointed that nothing happened even when ive spent the whole night playing it, to be honest, but nothing too dramatic
its just one night ^^by the way, is there a way to check (in files or ingame) which version of the game i am actually using? this whole thing is wierd.

The outcome of that conversation is one of 3 different endings, and it is based on how many points you have with her ("Final Points"), which are built through events and choices, so maybe something you did in January added or subtracted points there.
If you wish to "cheat" the game into giving you the "sex ending" (ending #3), you'll have to access the console when this conversation happens and type:
$ siscug_final_points = 16 (or an higher value)
PLEASE NOTE! You can only access "Ending #3" if Claudia is your girlfriend OR if she is neither your girlfriend NOR your friend. A friendly relationship, where you are brother and sister and nothing more, won't unlock ending #3 regardless of points.
So make sure the following variables are also set like this:
$ siscug_gf = True (or False)
$ siscug_friends = False
Why all this mess? Because I want players to play the game as they wish, and get the consequences of their choices, and not to adapt the game to give fanservice regardless of them. Everyone will get the ending they "deserve" based on their choices, and Claudia's romance is the most pursued by players, but also the most difficult to complete sexually. Because... well, I somehow think that incestual relationships are not like porn games where everybody is just eager to fuck their sibling, and I believe it's VERY hard to achieve that and win over embarrassment, guilt and social pressure.
I hope people will appreciate this, even though it's not a game where you spend 40 hours out of 60 fucking your sister/cousin

The cheat works, because it's the trigger for the ending to play, if it doesn't it means you mispelled something somewhere or applied the cheat then rolled back dialogues before you applied it (thus resetting the variables).

you are saying "when this conversation appear" but I dont recall to have ANY event with claudia in april except the pool visit with her and your niece and falling sick after that, no other event appeared... deffinitely nothing like "We need to talk"...At some point, towards the ending, she comes to you and say: "We need to talk."

on 9th of April I recognize that the "flu-like symptoms" are probably something big and i decide that i will need someone to examine me. He chooses Claudia so i go to my clinic to be inspected by her. its kinda cool to be inspecting yourself
she then sends results somewhere and i go back to my home. on april 10 morning nothing is happening - i am sick and basically unable to move (got 10 energy). no events triggered
