I did, but that doesn't touch me because I always thought about not going public with nudity images (only patrons get them and that has always been like that). Besides I changed the game's description to talk about generic sex in the game without a list of fetishes (because my game is not the usual "porn game" so I don't think they even matter right now).

Also, I don't depict rape or violence, unless a patient was raped or hurt but even there the game always despises those acts). As for children... do I really have to explain children being in the game?

So, I tagged the content as "adult content" but that's it, I don't rely so much on nudity to be concerned about that (many devs are going crazy right now lol )

You're safe than, but i don't think they would bother you anyway... I mean you don't have rape scenes or mind control in your game or loli content. Also your game is not classic porn game.

@Bruni Multimedia I really like your game, but why aren't you focusing on making a great medical game? Or better yet, a great medical game, with adult content in the exams.

The non doctor part of the game, while not bad, seems like a waste of potential.

I'm very interested in your opinions about this, and the others too!

I have many projects to develop in my mind for when this one will be finished (we're talking ahead of no less than 18 months to be realistic, unless I reach a point where this would become my job), and one of them is about a proper medical game focused on exams, some sort of spinoff of GP.

On July 28 I asked patrons what did they like most about the game, I received 86 votes stating:
- 40 Adult content
- 21 Medical Exams gameplay
- 13 Management content
- 11 Story content
- 1 Other (a mix of management, story and exams)
- 0 Graphics

That poll was made to understand what players were looking for in the following updates, and while Medical Exams gameplay was second most of the votes went to Adult Content.

For me 3 of those fit what I would like to see.

1. Adult content, this is the main sale.
2. Story, must have a good story.
3. For this game its the Medical Exam game play. (Something for figure out is the main point of this.)

Sorry for my English, not my main language. Your game stands out because of the awesome medical part. I just think you are missing an opportunity by not integrating the adult content into the exams.

I am referring to this:

3- There WILL be nudity and sex in the game. I won't depict very hardcore scenes (i.e. cim) but there will be sex. I just wanted to clarify that there won't be sex DURING the examination, but you will eventually date and then have sex with the patient met outside of the clinic. In fact the first sex scene will be release with 0.0.3

I think you should be focusing on the exams since they are what makes your game special.

Yep. There are some exam-related sex parts (Kiko) and more will be present but they develop after the medical exam gameplay and are, of course, not present while playing exam mode.

The medical part needs to stay professional (or at least within limits) because that's a different gameplay from the rest of the game. I am merging visual novels, dating sim, simulation and management in a single game, I think this is what makes the game different and I think all these parts deserve the best I can give.

I really like the medical parts as I am in the medical field myself but specialize in foot care (podiatry). but after the first 5 or so exams, they become non-existent so no money is made and no fun scenes for nudity/relationships. seriously need to cut down on the dating 10 times to get a kissing part as it seems unrealistic in modern times. 3-6 at most for some variation of sexual tension. this site led me to become a patron for you... is there a problem...became the girlfriend of Kiko but the game completely doesn't recognize that. you can totally mine doctor diaries of various medical shows for quirky patients and situations to quickly fill up your small town GP medical clinic. you should make a few variables with different renders to show growing affection between the doctor and his various love interests like at the ice cream parlor.

He's actually developing a system where those daily 'work' activities will be replaced with a randomly generated exam so you should eventually be able to have an exam every day, which should be pretty neat.

I find this game fun. That being realistic does not mean it is not fun. Now if you just want sex scenes, there are tons of other games that give you that. Maybe this is not the game for you.

Of course! Remember that this is an alpha state game at its seventh update... it needs to be completed and polished. That said release 008 will focus on relationships an will deepen even Kiko's one.

In the final game you will get to date about 20 characters with their own stories in a time span of one full year.

As for the exams... what do you mean there are only 5? They are actually 15 and growing...

If you are interested in the exams over the story the "Exam mode" is for you. The final game will contain about 100 different exams, plus the randomly generated ones.

This will take time of course especially until this becomes my real job. I estimate the complete game to be available in late 2019 at the actual growth. I simply cannot make it faster since I have another job (for now) an a family

I find this game fun. That being realistic does not mean it is not fun. Now if you just want sex scenes, there are tons of other games that give you that. Maybe this is not the game for you.

There will always be those you can not please no matter what you do, this game is great and getting better with each update.
