If you had stealing sex with Karma, then your wind ability would lvl up, so, probably yes.

Aye, but "only a fuck" makes her feel cheap and easy, lessening the impact of a romantic relationship in the hero route. I know I'm talking hypotheticals since you obviously can't do both routes, so in each respective route it might fit, but as players we get the meta knowledge of all routes, so we will naturally compare characterizations between them.
Just my two cents.
When could you steal the genex power from Ginger? I went back to when you first meet her, and the latest content, and I never got the option to.

so the main character can only have 3 powers? Once I get Foxy's speed, i can no longer steal other powers from Jennika, Ginger, the girl who controls the hair, Karma, etc. Are other powers implemented in the game at all? In the changelog I see this "Added Hero-Genex-Steal option with Ginger" but I didn't get the power... am I doing something wrong?

No, you're not doing anything wrong. There's a motive for MC to steal powers or not.
Yeah, that's a bug when you take too long to defeat Winter, you need to defeat her before turn 37.
There is a method of MC being able to aquire powers. He just hasn't figured it out yet.
I feel like I'm dumb cause I never had that option? but i'm atleast glad to know it exists.
