The new 0.7.2 content, is that a patch or the full game? Can I just download the new stuff and have the game work, ot do I need to download both the 0.7 and 0.7.2 stuff from the OP?

You need the main image file too which you can get
You must be registered to see the links
there. Extract the main image pack then the rest in order oldest to newest and it'll all be fine and dandy.If you've not downloaded the game previously you need to download the previous and main image packs... try this link and get the other bits from the folder here:

Also the devs do regular updates of the QSP between major releases and you can, if you like, get the new QSP files from their thread on TFGamesSite. They also keep that mega folder updated when they add in new image packs too.

Yes, just remove audiofile called "suka" or somesuch, cant remember exactly. Should be one of the largest audio in the folder.
You can also replace it with your own song by renaming.

I added the extra hair colour pack, and for shits and giggles the 0.7.1 image pack as well. Still faceless.
Edit: the image core pack you linked had more images than the image core pack in the OP. But alas, still no face!

Have you also got the 0.7.0 pack from the first page here? It's about 1.7gb in size.

No mother daughter involvement beyong spying on mother getting nailed by various people. There is brother/sister, sister/sister and stepdad/daughter and father/daughter. Oh and various 'uncles'
