Didn't play this quite while when I load save where I left 4 month I got confused what im doing anymore.... suddenly jumping all over the place I forgot what the plot is and "what am I doing" I said to myself.
Seem need to restart new game to remember what this game about once again,that flashback jump making me confused.

Some think the story is worth the mental investment, some won't. It's all good. Some will, some won't. Namco was clearly not trying to cast the widest possible net when he chose "sci-fi lesbian elves having flashbacks" as a core premise.

When is the next update?


The next update for Give Me a Sun is planned for the end of July. Almost there! I still need to finish a few action scenes and figure out how much of "the Princess" storyline I can include without delaying the rest.

That said, I’m confident the main story of the novel will be completed before the end of the year

i think investing so much in the past is a very bad idea, no one care about the past i bet everyone is just waiting to get back to the moment of the fight and get back to those redhead sisters and be done with it, the present is more important.

Eh, I disagree. The past _is_ the story in the case of this VN. It's more like the flashbacks are the main storyline but we have a little future peak at where it is headed. What would be _nice_ is if scenes started with a date in the upper corner or something so we could help keep the timelines straight, though. The story does require some effort to appreciate.

constant flashbacks might be the worst possible story telling device, known to me.
