Max should never have been moved into Kate's classroom. Wasn't the original idea to have him placed in classroom 2 or something and have only limited interactions with those in classroom 1? I'd have been fine with that.
Making a game is difficult, true. But taking the easy way out and letting the people throwing money at you tell you how to make the game? Giving the players the power removes all sense of surprises. It's like using a debug cheat in a 90's video game just because the stage/boss is kicking your caboose.

Completely agree with you. Putting Max/Lisa/Olivia in the same class as Alice and Kate is bad. This is doubly a bad idea, because. Arch, Alice is the main one in the house, is not closed. If I were DS, I would release a couple of game updates, a continuation of the New World Order quest, and then send Max to College.

A large chunk of male players, don't actually enjoy playing her, since there's still a lot of lesbian content, then some male content, then some cumdump/slave content, and the story doesn't actually seem to be going anywhere either.
IF it was backed by a strong attractive story, it might draw some people in, but the story simply doesn't make up for the uninteresting female character. Just like "light of my life" which has absolutely ugly characters, but the story more than makes up for it.
Now, the game also has Max side, which is so far, nothing more than a souped down Big Brother remake. There's no story there either to speak of.
At this point, the dev should probably drop one of them, and focus on making the other better. Just my opinion though.

As far as I know, Max was never underage in any Big Brother or clone game. Max was also able to handle money or get loans on his own (in most of the BB games/clones). I'm not sure which country you live in, but to get a loan in most, you either need parental consent (and co-signing), or be over 18 with adequate revenues. They also go to college, which to the best of my knowledge, is 18+ (aside from a few exceptions/geniuses). Seeing how Patreon killed BB because of incest only, I doubt they've seen him as underage either, otherwise all other versions/clones should have been striked for underage by now.
