Update is coming somewhere around may 10th. Yeah, it's kinda late, but it is what it is.
As to "why" - DS might post something on this matter in the days coming, i can't speak for anyone but myself with 100% guarantee.

Max can easily punish Lisa and Ann in Kate's Line. Quest Villa, Max must dominate. A random event. In Max's Line, Max doesn't punish Ann, speaking of Lisa, I don't remember what Max has to do to punish Lisa.

I have never seen that in Glamour however I do remember it happening in Big BrotherRenpy Remake two revamps ago.

In the Villa quest. Alice Dominates Villa (currently: Alice 950, Max 150). Punishment of girls is a random event. Try to come to Dinner (closer to 19-00) and stay overnight at the Villa.

So, you ctrl+c all of this text, then you go to load/save menu, select the highlighted button(screenshot 1), and press the "import from clipboard" button (screenshot 2). Then you'll get a save in your game.
