Yeah, Max can't do anything in 0.15. In the past there was talk that 0.15 would be Max-story, but no.

With 2 or even more games in one it seems is better to check after 1 more year.

Depends what you're looking for. If any of the genre tags are of interest to you, then give it a try.
Fair warning though, at the moment it's still basically female protag only, so don't expect to be able to do much when playing as Max (male protag).

Saves are encrypted, you have to play from the beginning.
