Is this game worth playing yet? Is it still in "PG-13 rated" nudity stage like BB was for several updates at beginning?

The Alice quest isn't working? Do you go to the villa with nothing to do and it freezes when you speak to Ann? That should be fixed in the latest update (v0.15 offline). At least it was for me.
As for money for working at the villa, I don't think that's been implemented yet. I don't know what $60 you're talking about, but I've never asked Fedor for money. The $210 a week from the hotel and the occasional $100 from stealing jewellery is generally enough
TS2016 - that depends entirely on what you want in a game. If you're only playing for the Max route, then no, it probably wont be worth playing for a number of years. BB 0.13 has far more content. But I'm enjoying the Kate route, which is very playable, albeit grindy at times.

Ok. I don't care which route- I would play both. I just wanted to know if you would see more than naked women in certain poses that you know they are naked but don't really see anything.

There's barely any "PG-13" content outside of very early stuff and even then Kate can watch guests at the hotel and get some "special massage" arranged for her by Julia.
For Kate currently, there's watching Julia and her boyfriend Nick doing various things, as well as other characters, and Kate herself gives oral to both (if you make the choices to have her engage in bisexual content) as well as lesbian content with Alice.
Haven't gotten around to 0.15 yet, but I'm positive there's (eventual) sexual content with Kate and Fedor too, if you want.
Ultimately, Kate's got more content than Max, and most likely will do for a long time.
i recommend to play this game only if u have a good internet because with a shitty internet like mine its too slow to play so u cant enjoy the game

i`m stuck with Nick and Julia 4/6 and 11/17 watch them in shower watch tv with them watch them in bedroom and when i want to speak with her nothing new repeat the same scenes everyday how to progress ??? and why occupied room is empty before always someone is inside ???

i buy better laptop try to get more options on laptop but nothing happened just spend 800$ more on nothing maybe in future version and i start to work with Zoe and game tell me to work there everyday 10-15h i do that 10 times and can`t do anymore why ???

The only reason to work in the clinic is to pay off fines and to get the pill. Once you have the pill, there currently is no reason to continue working at the clinic. But with DS working on punishments at the moment, and with the next update due soon, that is very likely to change in v0.17-18

carlosdark - as mentioned earlier, you need to have progressed in the Alice and Adam quests as well. If you're getting the Villa bug where it crashes when you speak to Ann, then you may not be able to take the second pill
