Not currently, but you can change the relationships between the characters in NPC mapping. No actual implementation yet, at least not in the English version, but will be at some stage.
You are talking about between Max and Anne, right?

Go to "Options" in the main menu, then "NPC Mapping". There you can change the relationship between the characters, including Max and Anne. But it will only be implemented in an unknown future update.
If Glamour is the history of Kate + the history of Max in Big Brother, this game will be the super fantastic epic game, top 3 in the world (with history of Max over v.13, there are many unfinished events, it's a pity don't finish that project, in this game or in Big Brother)
Answer: Wait around for at least another six months.

You have to be really true Big Brother fan, if you keep waiting months and months and months. I think that many Big Brother fans don't wait anymore and it is bad thing for DS too. I wait, but this is wearisome.
In that case, probably best you make a thread for your own work, instead of randomly putting it in threads it has nothing to do with.
Better way to showcase your ability, and a better way for others to see it.
