Yeah, totally understandable. There isn't much reason to support him on patreon atm when you're only interested in the Kate route. 0.24 was max, 0.25 was kate with a focus on max, 0.26 is basically a filler episode according to the last post with some new content in the villa (hmm, who lives in that villa again)
, and 0.27 will be Max again.Kinda sad really, I actually started to have some hope for the game after the updates with that ex-basketballer and the cheerleader trials because it seemed like the game was finally going somewhere, but everything after that was a big disappointment. (from a Kate point of view)

Just started with Neils room at the hotel and the language was in Russian when were talking and then changed back to English - .24 offline

We've been working on Glamour for over two years and we always try to add as much new content as possible, so we never had enough time to work out the occasional kinks. We had a super late release for 0.25, so if we spend an entire month on 0.26, it will be at least just as late.
So we've decided to kill two birds with one stone. 0.26 will be focused around Quality of Life (QoL) and bugfixing. It won't have as much new content as usual, but it will still add important functionality and it will take less time to make.
Right now we're going over the game looking for bugs, abrupt cliffhangers, and logical inconsistencies. Here are some examples:
Events with Nick were too random and some of them took too much time to catch. They'll have easier triggers and already seen events will have a lower chance to trigger.
Some steps in the quest log weren't clear enough and we're adding more explicit instructions.
Not all of 0.26 will be just about the QoL. Kate will finally be able to walk around the house topless and more. We'll add some new events with Maria. Maria and Peter will get their own NPC mapping, so we're going over the events and dialogs to add them.
We're also adding a periodic maid job in the villa (previously all of those were scripted story events), with new images and dialogs. Patrons will be able to see new images soon.
All QoL will be available for all players right away. New content will be exclusive for our Patrons, as usual.
We're not saying any release dates yet, but we're hoping for a much earlier release this time.

Your review isn't fair at all or you clearly didn't play it for long enough. Yes, it's grindy - I won't argue that but to argue that there's no action and only text insinuates that you just played as Max. Kate's story actually has "action".
Also "Offline doesn't work"... You can't blame the dev or the game for a failure on your part. It works just fine for me.
He did listen to his fans, that's why there are so many incomplete events and even the presence of Max is down to his fans as well. So it's the fault of his patrons that the game is currently in the state it is.
Why do people persist in lambasting a game that for all intents and purposes is still the VERY early stages of devlopment just because a character that wasn't even supposed to be in it has virtually zero content?

You can start the Neil storyline by cleaning an occupied room, picking the wine bottle. You meet Lien afterwards, she takes you to her salon and tells you about Neil.
The thing is, this game is so grindy and so unenjoyable that I'm not willing to grind it for free. Even after just downloading it here. So obviously paying is not going to happen. The art is great, and I'm sure there's some fun sex scenes in there somewhere, I'm just not willing to spend 8 hours grinding bullshit and pool cleaning and other crap to begin to get close to it. Criticism is fine, pure bash is not but then again DS couldn't give a flying fig what goes on over here.
Hit box issues don't affect me as it runs just fine in full screen mode. At least, it does for me.
Yes, I DID just blame the patrons because they voted to move on to a completely different storyline leaving many other unfulfilled, so it IS their fault. As a porn game developer he either listens to his patrons and keeps the money flowing or he'll lose patrons and subsequently the money generated. So yes, it IS the patrons fault. DS acts in the best interests of continued business.
I feel like you typed your entire response during an angry poop session, given the level of abuse you hurled at me just there and the fact that you didn't bother with spelling OR punctuation.
BitterFrost, that's the very same thought pattern that lead to the development of the save editor. It's easy, handy and skips a lot of the grind. Most people use it to get past the grind for money part, which I feel is fair enough. I did that too, but only for Max.
The game isn't really grindy at all. You never do any repetitive action without being rewarded with story progression. Parts of the progress quest are a bit repetitive, but it's also optional.

I did in the first 2 or 3 versions... The game was very weak so I stopped playing since then. I like Max's story and all, but without the family/incest background it's just another VN, and there already dozens of similar games who use DS' models...

Game that with such huge financial support, multiple team members, more then 2 years of development and 24 updates. And you call it "VERY early stages of devlopment". That would be fine joke if people would not be actually paying hard earned money for it.

I am very disappointed in this game a huge let down plus it will be just a matter of time until this one gets abandoned like big brother was
So we need to wait yet another update to play glamour? Why is he even updating the BB part in this game? That game is already done and went alot further compared to when he abbandoned it
