I'm not convinced it works for either character considering they usually refer to each other by name.
It is nearly impossible to answer that without knowing how far you are in other quests, send screen shots of all the active quests you have.
try Kate/Julia=sisters Kira/Ann=sisters Alice/Lisa=sisters Max=brother Kira=aunt Ann=mom
I can't see this NPC mapping if I play Max. We can see this NPC mapping only if we play Kate?

Yes, there is sex while playing as Kate. Just keep going.

To be fair, the person asking only said "the MC", and since there's now two and only one has sex scenes (beyond oral/masturbation), then it's as good an answer as the question deserves.
Also, I think a Squark would rather forget Max exists
I just wish he wasn't such an insufferable little scrot, who is really just "young Eric".
