That's what i thought but its been a few days now (in game) where i do the things im missing and the counter doesn't go up Ill keep trying

It seems to be downloading the assets again... its gonna take some time to verify its actually v0.13

loaded right up for me...says v13 but its loading my online save which makes me think its just the online version with all of the images.

Its the online client with the images included...probably got it from svs which has it listed as offline aswell.

The only way to cheat money is by using the Offline version, and using Cheat Engine.
The standard online version can't be cheated, due to the online connection to Dark Silver's server.
