Why Kate's sucks? I mean most her events were interesting: school's arc is nice, sister corruption was nice, maid submisive arc's, sunbathing. Max corrupting Kate was interesting idea, but too much focus was put into that.
But in Villa I only wait for Ann events, as Lisa model changed (from BB), and Alice+Kira are not that interesting (tho ponytail Alice from FanArt section is hot)
Reasons why I think it sucks:
1- No doubt DS will make 10 updates to Kate's story with Max.
2- The game was stopped in time.
3- Content that was a waste of time, Neil and Fedor.
4- No new gameplay mechanics, making money in the game is useless and the game contains a boring grind to do the events (mostly that Nick with Julia event)
5- Uninteresting gameplay, there are few places and there are also few characters to interact.
6- I think Kate's clothes are also ugly, especially those panties she wears in the villa, DS can't make her more attractive?
7- What about the open world? it should be called the limited world.

What's the point of me playing a female MC if there is no interest? Yeah, I think most were interested in college content and with Julia, but suddenly, everything started to blend and lose its focus. If you've played Chloe18, the character gradually lose your shyness until she becomes a slut. If the DS when creating Glamour didn't have that goal, so what would it be? There are many other reasons I could talk about why I'm thinking Kate's story sucks and really at some point you're going to ask yourself, why is this game called Glamour? I'm not here to say that Kate should become a slut or force it to be, but porn games have to give pleasure to the player eroticism and pornography, don't you think? Well, I don't want to play a game that you need to feel like a woman, but something that makes me feel pleasure and the story of the game sucks because there are no new gameplay mechanics and the story has deviated from the standard. I know you won't agree, but it's just my opinion.
The thing is, the $40 patrons are the ones voting for the undermining of Kate's story. DS has decided that keeping a few $40 patrons happy is more lucrative than following any personal insight or appealing to a broader audience. They are his bread and butter and the game is made for them.
This happens to almost most developers out there. With DS it would be no different, just remember Eric in the game, his public asked him to remove from the game in the old BB, and honestly, I think it was a right choice since DS built Eric a pretty bad character that could have been put to better use. Anyway, After that problem there with the patreon, I don't know what it was that made DS abandon its game, they say DS was very neurotic about pirating their game and so he left the game in the abandoned corner.
When creating glamour, you can tell it wouldn't be as successful as BB, and of course he left many BB widows and a new game playing with a female MC and with a bad engine, probably shouldn't have pleased a lot of people and then during those two or three years, he wasted a lot of time building a male playable character story before going back to creating BB again. Funny, he didn't want to do BB again, but it's the BB that makes more money come into your account, then, the public that pays the most decides. In my opinion, I've always said that DS should take your game abandoned, start working on it, fix some bugs, fix some things and move on to the story and he would work better on Kate's story, but it looks like he's neurotic that his game is pirated and honestly, it's hard to understand this. I think so, I don't think the new BB is bad, but I think the story was too rushed, so I think that's why he built the story like that, because no one would ever want to play BB all over again. But from my point of view, Max's story has or had a lot of potential, because if he puts Max through college and has more things and interactions to do, it'll be great, but if it's just Max at the Villa, it's going to get boring. Kate's story, the cool thing is that the open world would give the player several possibilities to interact with places and characters, but it seems that DS got stuck in Max's story...
