Turning Alice into a sociopath Lesbian instead of her original character in BB is a terrible scenario.
The original Alice was the bitchy older sister that the MC had to "conquer" to get past her defenses, and in the process discover that they share mutual feelings of passion and love. It never got completed, but it was a much better premise than the current one of a "She-Eric" that starts off Hating the MC, and has to be manipulated to even accept that she likes sex with men.
Same goes for Lisa and Ann who turned into mindless fembots with no common sense, no feelings other than getting fucked.. in the most passionless, generic half-assed way..
Eric was an outsider con-man that had no attachment to the family, and thus his scumbagery made sense. But for Alice it doesn't.

Once again Kate's story is put at the bottom of the hole
What bothers me a bit is that he went in so many directions that I feel like he doesn't know how to end them.
And that instead of saying frankly that he doesn't know how to finish and that he prefers to abandon Kate's story, he gives the excuse that Max's part is easier to do and that especially his donors push him in this way.
I may be wrong but that's really the impression I have today. Let him tell us what he intends to do with Kate's story

Max's part is easier, because the majority of it is re-treading from BB, with using this Kate for variety.
He had the same habits with BB too - unfinished/abandoned story elements that were left in like a broken quest in a Bethesda game. Especially one concerning Olivia, where Max has the option of her becoming his girlfriend, and it locks out the rest of the game's content.
DS even added content with Olivia's mother, that was supposed to be an alternate way of getting Olivia's content without the girlfriend choice, and still left the unfinished/broken content from before. Even a major plot point from the beginning of the game was never touched on again!
Given that he's just repeating old habits, he won't say a word.
Either because he doesn't know/hasn't decided yet, or he's afraid of losing patrons (again).

Max became Alice's doormat

It's too bad that Max has to give up all his cash ... he had to hand over more than 30,000 $ ...
He could have instead just kept the money, remove all the cameras, pause the web show and call Alice a liar ... this would have allowed him to negotiate with Alice on better terms.
Giving up all the cash may cause a problem somewhere in the future if the online classes (money sink) for Max will be implemented. Without income he won't be able to buy courses.
There is still the dialog where Max can give Kate 1,000 $ ... since there is no roll back, selecting this dialog will remove the last 1,000 $ and leave Max blank. I still have to see the consequences of this dialog in 0.43.
I haven't tried the massage for a long time ...
Without income and without money, repeatable events which cost cash (money sinks) become useless ...

Actually, I might pay him to do exactly this. Max is a weak character in this game.
But Alice becoming what she is? To be frank, I kind of saw that coming.

This is pretty much how I feel. At least in BB when Alice was antagonistic it was hinted that she had secret feelings for Max. In Glamour I feel like she is becoming a female Eric in a weird way. It was the first update I didn't finish and if this is the direction Glamour is taking I will just drop it as a game I follow. The complete lack of any feeling in the game except for "gee I bent over time for some sex" is getting stale and Alice isn't interesting in any sense as femdom is too dumb to put up with.

Anything new about the lesbian way? And then I left the game until better times, hoping that there will be an adequate passage for Katya without being forced to have sex with men. Since until now I only have school and work in a hotel.

for lisa (alice show) you must make a deal with kate until alice acept to be tied-up and max can do alice. and for kira just finish the yoga until karen visit the villa and Ann take you to college and Ann start taking pills.

Which is a shame cause I thought he set up some of her story line and the whole porn thing better than he did in BB with Max being able to observe some of Kiras co-workers etc. Now she just sits there and doesnt need to do a whole lot cause erveryone already jumps on his dick the second he drops his pants.
Olivia just feels out of place at this moment. Her story used to be one of my favs in BB with the whole boyfriend thing and her mother as well.
Wonder what he will do when the time for the new porn plot comes (they dont need money for starters), other guys are a no-go so Max would have to turn a lesbian only porn studio into his own harem.

Both options are bad. In the first case, Alice becomes a female copy of Eric (I'm not an opponent of Eric, as a BB character) and loses her personality. In the second (according to Silver), everything returns to its own place. And the question. Why did Alice take the business from Max, if Max will establish his own rules in the house.
If Kate doesn't open the door for Nick. Nothing will happen. My Kate does not open the door for him (until there is a continuation of this storyline)
