You don't. It's been there long before the BB remake portion began, and it's never been usable.
It's another thing that gets "started", or planned for, then abandoned later.

I'm not sure answering questions has any effect whatsoever. My grades don't change and there doesn't seem to be any difference from must clicking skip.
