The whole update is pretty buggy on my end. I get a ton of those "an exception has ocurred" messages, the visiting Jessica part is also bug galore on my end. I never really save during the alpha and beta versions, that's the safest way to preserve the save games.
But I really liked this update, I think content wise it was really good... Though not a fan of the new clothes.

So, I was trying a new playthrough with Ash as bad (but not thug) and Eva bad but reformed after Dave gets beaten up (but not in a coma). I have done all the Dave drawing sessions, and now Eva asks me to have a threesome with them and I am missing the option to say yes. Could this be a bug? Or am I doing something wrong? The way I have played Ash (sayign "I want him" and stuff) makes me think she should be able to say yes.

Do I need to take him to the beach?

The conditions for new outfits in this update are listed on previous page. Non thug "bad" route does have one potential new outfit if your good points are low enough. Otherwise you'll keep the same outfit.
