If you're playing from an older save you might be using one from a version where Eva didn't have the right outfit, tattoos and stuff.
Because her normal outfit changed at some point whenever she shows up I get messages like that saying evanormal is not defined.
Hitting ignore almost always does the trick.

It's not a matter of good/bad points, Ash can only choose to stay at home if she is in a relationship with Bernard ("cest" variable is true).

That's an old bug that was fixed some time ago, you probably are having it due to using a savegame from an preview or alpha version. Just load a save from before partying with Eva, Mark and Jacob in v0.12 and it will be fine from then on.
